​Casale 99 in Elba

 

The property, located on the island of Elba, in the district of Portoferraio (san Giovanni) approximately at 0,12 miles from the sea is a lovely and recently restored Casale built at the end of the 19th century which exhibits the typical architecture of old Tuscan country style . The restoration was begun in 2002 paying careful attention to maintain the original features and characteristics of the building’s rural past  while combining modern amenities and comfort to create a very stylish and unique residence.

The spaciouss grounds with an authentic church built in 1820 are approximatly 19.76 acres (8.0 hectares) and beautifully landscaped with olive groves in production producing organic oil, ancient umbrella pines and seasonal wild flowers.
